This committee will consist of 3 or 5 people. This will be a volunteer position(s) and will be responsible for the following areas to include but not limited to:
Submitting safety tips and concerns to the Social Media Committee to be posted on a regular basis.
Reaching out to local police department and establishing a relationship with law Enforcement.
Researching a Ring Doorbell (or similar device) community program with incentives to better cover our neighborhoods with safety devices.
Establishing and Running a Ring Doorbell Social Media Community (through the ring Application) to coordinate with Local law enforcement if necessary and help raise situational awareness to situations within the community if the need arise.
Additional duties to be added to the committee as necessary by the board, or by the committee.
All committees will meet at the minimum of once a month and report their findings, plans, and proposals to the Buttonwood Board of Directors at the monthly Board of Director Meetings. Please submit a request via email to info@buttonwoodhoa.com to join!
