The HOA Board learned recently that some of us have a gap in our rain downspout like shown in the picture above. This can result in too much water getting close to your foundation and lead to water in your basement or other issues as the water freezes and thaws over time. Please check your downspout(s) and consider purchasing an extension if yours has a gap.
