Dear Homeowners,
A total of 27 Members registered to attend the Special Meeting of Members on June 4, and 14 submitted proxy forms for a grand total of 41 Members.
Per our governing documents (Article 4.3 of the By Laws), a majority of Members (73 votes in favor) are required to remove a Director from the Board. Since there is an insufficient number of Members to pass any of the items up for vote, the meeting on June 4 is cancelled.
