Nov 9 Annual Meeting of the Members

The Buttonwood Crossing Homeowners Association will hold the annual association meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7pm.  Homeowners are entitled to one vote per household to elect the Board of Directors for the year 2023.
In addition to the election of Board members, there will be a presentation by the current Board regarding financial and other aspects of the HOA.  The floor will also be opened for discussion regarding Association issues.  We encourage renters and homeowners alike to attend this meeting to offer their suggestions and/or concerns.

There are several ways to vote for the 2023 Board of Directors:

  1. Mail-In Ballot: These were sent to all homeowners and should have arrived on or around October 8.
  2. Attend In-Person: You will be able to cast your vote at the annual meeting on November 9 at 7pm at:
    Faith United Methodist Church
    126 East Market Street, Hallam, PA
    (Fellowship Hall, Lower Level – park and enter in rear of building)
  3. Attend Virtually: You will be able to cast your vote during the annual meeting on November 9 at 7pm if you decide to attend virtually.  Follow the instructions below to register.
  4. Appoint a Proxy: Complete the Proxy Form linked here and mail a scan or photo of it to info@buttonwoodhoa.com or snail mail it to:

    Proxy Forms must be submitted by November 1.

How to Attend the Annual Meeting Virtually

You must register by November 1 in order to attend this meeting virtually, however registration is very simple and can be done by completing the short form here:

After your registration is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing instructions and a link to join the meeting.
