In response to our recent letter regarding pet regulations, we have been made aware that some of you received documentation at settlement indicating that these regulations were changed. We are currently investigating this issue and seeking to gather more information. If you have relevant information, please share it with us via our email address. You can include pictures or scans of any documents you may have.
At this time, everything stated in the letter recently mailed to you remains valid as we currently have no evidence that the regulations around animals were ever actually changed and recorded with the York County Recorder of Deeds. If you have knowledge or evidence to the contrary, we certainly welcome it!
