About The 2026 Buttonwood HOA Payment

Each resident is required to pay monthly dues of $48.00. These dues cover various aspects required to keep the community running including lawn care, snow removal, landscaping improvements, administrative costs including lawyer fees and more.

Residents are required to pay the entire $48.00 by the 1st of each month to avoid late fees. There is a grace period that extends through the 5th of the month.

Discounts Available

By January 1st of the current year, residents are able to submit an annual payment as described below. Semi-Annual payments are due by January 1st and July 1st of the current year.

• $273.60 Semi-Annually (Save 5%)
• $518.40 Annually (Save 10%)

Offline Payment Options

If you would like to mail your payment please send a check or money to the address below. Be sure to include your full Name, Address, Amount Enclosed and Description of Payment (Ex: Month fee is paid for).

We support online payments for your HOA fee through QuickBooks Payments. You can securely pay your monthly HOA fee using a debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards.
